Capital Works Program

The capital works document has been prepared to provide detailed information about the City’s Five Year Capital Works Program for the following areas:

The Five Year Capital Works Program has been developed from the strategic directions set by Council, the community and by officers to meet the anticipated community infrastructure needs and demands.

Council has approved for construction only those projects listed in the first year of the 2009/10 Five Year Capital Works Program.  All those projects listed in the consecutive years 2010/11 to 2013/14 are approved for listing in the Five Year Capital Works Program.

The document contains a Five Year Overview and program summary sheets detailing the purpose, background and comment on each of the program areas.  Following each summary sheet is a list of all projects in the program.
