School Aged Classes
Level 1
Maximum 5 children per class
Your first steps towards swimming specifically focusing on floats, gludes, kicking and submersion. Thie class provides basic water farmiliarisation and confidence for school age children.
Level 2
Maximum 5 children per class
Watch out for flying torpedoes. Now that you know the fundamentals of swimming its time to learn basic arms for freestyle and backstroke.
Level 3
Maximum 5 children per class
Time to develop freestyle breathing and assisted breaststroke kick. Stage 3 is a major swimming milestone as a lot of new coordination is required that children may not have developed in other areas.
Level 4
Maximum 5 children per class
Now that you've got the hang of freestyle breathing it's time to develop strength and work on your distance. You also learn all about breaststroke kick on your front and basic survival backstroke arms.
Level 5
Maximum 6 children per class
You're doing well now - confident in deep water, competent with freestyle, backstroke and survival backstroke. Now its time to focus on breaststroke putting those arms and legs together can be tricky.
Level 6
Maximum 8 children per class
Watch out you're looking good now! Level 6 is all about putting together correct technique for freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke over a distance. Also learn to dive safely into the water.
Level 7
Maximum 8 children per class
This is the last level before entry to squad swimming programs. This level focuses on technique, strength and fitness.
Nipper Squad
Maximum 10 children per class. Class operates for 45 minutes
Increase your fitness with the help of our coaches. This class introduces starts and turns. Develop butterfly, increase stamina all with a strong focus on perfect techniques in all strokes.
Mini Squad
Maximum 10 children per class. Class operates for 1 hour, two sessions recommended per week.
This class feeds into our developed fitness or competitive squads. Focusing on stamina, stroke technique and race skills, this class is perfect for the more advanced swimmer wanting to engage in a squad program.
