What is Platinum50+ Adventure?
Platinum50+ Adventure is an activity program for residents of the City of Joondalup and leisure centre members aged over 50 years. It offers a wide range of exciting activities and excursions, promoting fun, friendship, adventure and independence.
How much do the activities cost?
It is subsidised by the City of Joondalup and all activities are priced at $10.50.
How to enrol
- You are required to list your top three preferences for excursions as highlighted on the program timetable. One excursion adventure (shaded) will be awarded to each participant. There is no limit to the number of activity adventures you can request. (Enrolments are selected in a random draw to ensure the allocation of trips is fair and equitable).
- During the enrolment process all attempts are made to match your requests with actual activity bookings, however as there is limited availability on some trips it is not always possible.
- A waiting list of names is created once activities are fully booked. If a vacancy should arise customers on the waiting list will be contacted.
Experience has shown that using such a system allows more participants to be accommodated.

Please choose your activities carefully as credits or refunds will only be issued for medical reasons. Requests for refunds/credits must be made in writing and accompanied by a medical certificate.
