Duncraig Library
Duncraig Library is one of the four branches of the City of Joondalup Libraries and was officially opened by the then Shire President, Mick Nanovich on 27 July 1974. The library has an array of services and resources available to the public:
- 5 internet terminals
- 1 express 15-minute internet terminal
- 1 word processing and internet terminal
- 2 study areas
- Comfortable reading areas
- 1 photocopier (black and white/colour )
- Water fountain
- Fax facilities
- Local, state and national newspapers
- Over 140 periodical titles
- Playaways
- Computer printing - black and white only
Collection
The collection includes recreational and reading books and other materials for children, teenagers and adults, including:
- Large print books
- Multilanguage and Literacy materials
- Audio books
- Graphic novels
- Local newspapers
- Magazines
- Music CDs
- DVDs
- Engravers
- Power meters
Community Events
The Duncraig Library provides many opportunities for community involvement in Adult and Children's events throughout the year.
Parking
Duncraig Library is located within the Percy Doyle precinct and has ample parking close to the Warwick Road entrance and also at the back of the facility. Two ACROD bays are located within the staff parking area which allows easy access to the library. Additional bays are located in all other parking areas surrounding the facility.
