Membership

Anyone who joins the library from Saturday 31 March 2012 to Sunday 13 May 2012 will be eligible to win a Kindle Touch e-reader. We are also rewarding current members. Read more about this fantastic membership promotion and win.

Membership to your local library is free. There is no minimum age for joining, however those under the age of 18 years do require the signature of their parent or guardian.

In person

Visit your local library and complete the membership application form.  All you need is valid identification with your name, address and signature.

Once you have completed the application form, you will be issued with a library card and membership kit. You will be able to utilise all library services and facilities straight away.

Once you have joined, keep your library card with you as it will be required to access our self serve machines, Electronic Library and My Library account.

Institutional Bulk Loan Memberships

Special Bulk Loan Memberships are available for certain organisations within the City of Joondalup. A Bulk Loan Membership Agreement must be completed before members of the organisation are able to borrow resources from the libraries.  Please contact your local library if you require more information.
