Joondalup Eisteddfod
The Joondalup Eisteddfod is an annual performing arts competition, offering performance opportunities in speech, drama, instrumental music and singing.
Students have the opportunity to showcase their skills before a supportive audience, receive thoughtful feedback from professional adjudicators and a certificate to commemorate their experience. Family, friends and classmates are invited to join our audience to enjoy all performances. The competition runs in August-September.

Joondalup Festival Street Parade
A major highlight of the annual Joondalup Festival is the popular Street Parade.
This is a chance for your class or school to attend a series of FREE on-campus workshops, valued at over $2000, with a professional artist. Your school will develop its own float to suit this year’s theme. Students can star in the parade as the community cheers them on, developing confidence and creative skills along the way.

School Choirs - Australian Citizenship Ceremonies
School choirsare invited to perform at citizenship ceremonies held throughout the year. Performances by school choirs include a range of Australian themed songs and the National Anthem. This is a wonderful opportunity for choirs to gain some valuable performance experience. It also allows the students to witness the proceedings of a citizenship ceremony and highlights Joondalup's multicultural community.
