Joondalup Volunteer Resource Centre
The Joondalup Resource Centre supports volunteers looking for positions in the Joondalup community, and supports organisations to follow best practice guidelines in volunteer management.
The Centre is a partnership between Volunteering WA and the City of Joondalup.
There are four simple steps to becoming a volunteer:
- The Joondalup Volunteer Resource Centre holds regular volunteer information sessions. Please contact the Centre to book into a session. It is advisable to attend a session prior to volunteering.
- Make an appointment with a referral officer at the Joondalup Volunteer Resource Centre.
- At the appointment your details, skills and interests will be entered into a database, matching you with up-to-date information on the available volunteer positions. The referral officer will assist you to make an informed choice from the opportunities available.
- You will be provided with information on opportunities of interest for you to follow up.
The Joondalup Volunteer Resources Centre (VRC) doesn’t charge to match volunteers with positions.
If you think volunteering is for you, contact us at the Joondalup Volunteer Resource Centre.
