Arts Development Scheme The City of Joondalup Arts Development Scheme is designed to bring professional performing arts companies into the City to provide high-quality performing arts experiences and develop new audiences in the area.
The Mural Arts Program provides funds to local organisations and community members to create a mural in the City. Participants can request a specific site for consideration, or the City can suggest a location. The program is a year-round format which means you can submit an application at any time.
