How do I save my online application and return to this later?
When you are filling out the application, you will notice at the bottom of each page there is a button to 'Save Progress'. Make sure you remember to click this as you update each page of your application. This will ensure all of your content is being updated. Please note that you must complete your application on the same computer. If you use a different computer, the form won't remember you and you will have to start from scratch.
How do I add my attachments to the online application?
To upload your attachments, first choose 'Browse', then find the file you wish to upload and click 'Open'. This file will then show in the attachment box. Click 'Upload'. Your file is now uploaded to the application. Be sure to save your progress!
Once I have pressed 'Submit' on my application can I return to this later and change some of the responses?
Yes you can. Once you have Submitted your application you will be given a code which you need to remember or write down. If you return to the online application you will be asked to fill in your ID, which is this code. It is important to note you can only do this if returning to the same computer you originally used to submit your application.
How do I know that my application has been received?
After you have submitted your application you are taken to a page with your ID Code and the report of your application. This is confirmation your application has been received. If there is an issue with your application you will be contacted by one of the relevant officers.
