Sport and Recreation Grants and Funding

The City recognises that funding can significantly boost the delivery of programs and activities for your club.

To assist, the City has created a variety of funding and grants programs to help clubs reach their goals. These include:

• KidSport – assistance to contribute towards the cost of registration fees for children to participate in sport and recreation clubs
• Joondalup Sporting Achievement Grant - for young sports stars, or athletes with a disability
• Community Funding Program - assistance for local clubs to deliver programs and events
• Sports Development Program - assistance for district clubs to deliver programs and events
• Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund - to develop or upgrade sporting or recreation infrastructure
• Club Recognition Program - for clubs celebrating an important anniversary
