The following sponsorship information will be required when submitting a sponsorship application:

Provision of the correct information

For your application to be accepted and processed your organisation must provide the required information. If you do not provide us with the correct information, assessment of your application may be delayed.

Leave time for the assessment

Applications should be submitted to Marketing at least three months in advance of the sponsorship event or program. Please note that all sponsorship applications are reviewed on a monthly basis. A written response to the application will be sent within four weeks of receipt. It is important you allow enough time between your submission and the start of your event, program or project.

It is important your organisation reads through the guidelines to ensure the event or program meets the City's requirements.

Sponsorship application criteria and format

It is important your organisation completes the sponsorship proposal cover page and addresses each criteria for your application to be accepted and processed.
