The City owns and manages 31 halls, clubrooms and community facilities throughout the region.
In addition to sport, recreation, leisure and community groups, these facilities are used by commercial organisations and private citizens for a wide variety of activities.
The facilities range in size and functionality from small meeting rooms to large halls capable of catering for up to 250 people. Bookings can be made for functions, private parties or community events.
How to book a facility
If you are interested in hiring a hall, clubroom or community facility, you can contact us in the following ways. The Bookings Office is open from Monday to Friday between 8.30am - 5.00pm.
