Swimming Pool Inspection Fees

Legislation requires the City to inspect all private swimming pool enclosures every four years. Under the City’s program, pool inspectors visit all properties on a rotating schedule once in every four-year period. 

City inspectors carry identification, which will be shown on request, and leave a report after each inspection has been completed. 

The charge for the inspection program is $14.85, per annum (including GST)

Property owners must advise the City if a pool has been removed from a property.
