Street Tree Guidelines

Street trees make a significant contribution to the urban streetscape in many ways, providing environmental, economic and social benefits.
Street trees also provide habitat for native fauna, help reduce noise, and cleanse the air in urban areas. They also add value to properties and surrounding areas and help reduce heating and cooling costs.
The City of Joondalup is committed to maintaining and developing a rich and diverse urban forest with its streetscape for the benefit of the whole community.
