Youth Inclusion

The City of Joondalup is currently developing new strategies to engage young people in decision-making forums.

Initiatives to determine the best means of communicating with young people have included the inaugural 'Speak Out' Youth Forum for 12 – 17 year olds and a youth survey for 18 – 25 year olds.

Outcomes from these initiatives provide valuable information on how the City can better engage young people to ensure they have a strong voice in the decision-making processes of the City.

The next Youth Forum is due to be held sometime next year, so look at for any opportunities to get involved.
