Freeman of the City

The Freeman of the City title is an honour bestowed upon individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the community, Australia and humanity through their personal endeavours and commitment.

At a Special Council Meeting held on 10 December 2007, the Council resolved to bestow the title of Honorary Freeman of the City of Joondalup on:

Margaret Jane Cockman OAM CSTJ
William (Bill) Harold Marwick
Nicolas Trandos OAM JP

All three community members have made an outstanding contribution to the community over many years.
