Council meetings are the formal decision-making process of the Council and are required to be open to the public, although under some conditions, meetings can be closed to members of the public when Council considers certain items of business as prescribed by the Act.
The audio recordings of the City’s Council meetings (and Briefing Sessions being held by electronic means) are uploaded to the Briefing / Council Meetings agendas and minutes page following the conclusion of the meeting.
