Annual Perth Bikers Charity Ride

This notice is to advise that the Annual Perth Bikers Charity Ride will be held on Saturday 5 December 2009.  It is envisaged that approximately 5,000 bikers will arrive at Arena Joondalup at 11.30am. 

The left hand lane of Joondalup Drive road will be closed between 11.00am to 12.30pm.

The following roads will be affected by the charity ride:

• Bikers will leave Mitchell Freeway and turn right Shenton Avenue.
• The bikes will then enter Joondalup Drive and proceed to JoondalupArena.

Police have advised that they will be patrolling the area to ensure traffic delays are minimised.  It is recommended that motorists travelling south avoid using the Shenton Avenue off ramp to enter the Joondalup City Centre during this time.
