The City has received a planning application for the above and you are invited to comment on the proposal.
The proposal is required to be assessed against the relevant provisions/objectives of the City’s Short-Term Accommodation Local Planning Policy. The proposal consists of the following:
- Short stay accommodation operating on the whole property.
- No more than eight (8) guests.
- All guest parking to be contained on the property.
- Check in after 3pm and check out before 10am.
- All complaints managed by owners and neighbours provided with owner contact information.
- No building or other works component associated with the business.
You may wish to provide a submission on the proposal, as a written comment, by Friday 11 October 2024.
