128 West Coast Drive and 1 Raleigh Road, Sorrento – Redevelopment of Existing Service Station
The City has received and is currently assessing a planning application for redevelopment of the existing Service Station. The sites will continue to operate as a Service Station after development.

The proposed development consists of the following:
- Demolition of existing service station (retail building and canopy) with a new retail building and canopy with four fuel bowsers and eight refuelling spaces.
- Vehicle access points retained from West Coast Drive and Raleigh Road.
- Four on-site car parking bays for customers and staff, and one air/water bay.
You may wish to provide a submission on the proposal, as a written comment, by Wednesday 4 September 2019.
Please be aware that comments in relation to structural integrity, property values, boundary fences, anti-social behaviour or other neighbourly disputes are unable to be considered or addressed through the planning process. As a result, the above issues cannot be taken into account when determining the application.
Submissions will be considered as part of the overall decision making process and if you choose to make a submission, you will be notified of the outcome of the proposal.
