The City has received a planning application for the above and you are invited to comment on the proposal.

The proposal is required to be assessed against the relevant provisions/objectives of the City’s Home Business Local Planning Policy / Short-Term Accommodation Local Planning Policy. The proposal consists of the following:

  • No more than six (6) guests at any time
  • All parking to be contained within property boundaries
  • Check in at 3pm
  • Check out at 10am
  • Management Plan.

You may wish to provide a submission on the proposal, as a written comment, by Monday 5 August 2024.
