The City has received and is currently assessing a planning application for a change of use and external modifications at the above address and you are invited to comment on the proposal.
A copy of the development plans can be viewed below.
The development includes:
- Change of use from ‘Showroom/Warehouse’ (Bunnings) to ‘Liquor Store – Large’ (Dan Murphy’s), ‘Shop’ (Better Pets and Garden and Supercheap Auto), ‘Bulky Goods Showroom’ (Mitre 10) and ‘Motor Vehicle Repairs’ (Auto Masters).
- External alterations to accommodate entrances, windows and pedestrian awnings to the five individual tenancies.
- Realignment of shopfront parking bays.
- Signage panels for each of the tenancies.
