41 Twickenham Drive, Kingsley – Seven Multiple Dwellings
The City has received and is currently assessing a planning application for seven new dwellings at the above address.
The proposal is required to meet State Planning Policy 7.3 Residential Design Codes Volume 2 – Apartments (SPP7.3) and the City’s local planning policies. SPP7.3 is divided into different ‘design elements’ (for example; plot ratio, building height, street setbacks, building orientation, landscaping, visual privacy, parking). For all ‘design elements’ there are objectives that need to be met.
Unlike the previous Residential Design Codes, SPP7.3 does not have a ‘deemed-to-comply’ pathway and provides acceptable outcomes and design guidance to assist in meeting the objectives. You may wish to provide a submission on the proposal, as a written comment, by Monday 23 December 2019.
Submissions will be considered as part of the overall decision making process and if you choose to make a submission, you will be notified of the outcome of the proposal.
