Draft Local Development Plan – Lots 1 and 2 (32 & 38) Currajong Crescent, Craigie
The City has received, and is currently assessing, an application for a Local Development Plan (LDP) for the above-mentioned lots.
A copy of the development plan and related documents can be viewed below.
Approval to subdivide the subject lots into 11 lots has been issued by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC). The subdivision approval included a condition requiring the preparation of a LDP that addresses the following matters:
- Boundary walls to each dwelling being permitted to both sides of the lot; and
- Garage/carport setbacks of 1metre from the rear laneway.
In addition, the applicant has requested the City’s consideration of:
- A 2metre minimum dwelling setback from the Currajong Crescent lot boundary.
The LDP documents are also available for inspection at the City of Joondalup Administration Building located at 90 Boas Avenue, Joondalup during office hours.
You may wish to provide a submission on the proposal, as a written comment, by Wednesday 23 January 2019
