This guided tour starts from Whitford Library using buses and trains to arrive at Joondalup Library for a special event with historian Richard Offen and includes morning tea. Introduction to Advance Care Planning workshop

We all want to have a say in what happens in the last part of our lives. By making plans that cover your future care, lifestyle, health and finances, you’re not only working out what you want, you are also making things easier on those around you. This process is called Advance Care Planning.

These FREE workshops we will cover information on what’s involved in Advance Care Planning, how to get started, and how to talk about your wishes for the last stage of your life with your family, loved ones and health care providers. The workshop is suitable for all members of the community. You can be any age or have any level of health.

Come along to one of the free Advance Care Planning Workshops hosted by Palliative Care WA.

Challenge, create, construct. Join in the fun of creative Lego® play. Each week there will be a different theme to inspire the creativeness in every builder.

CoderDojo is a volunteer led, worldwide movement running free coding clubs (Dojos) for young people. Come along to learn how to code, develop websites, apps, programs, games and much more. CoderDojo makes development and learning to code a fun and sociable experience.

  • Learn from others and provide peer support
  • Develop 21st century computer skills
  • HTML, Scratch, Python programming
  • Improve your skills in the language of code
  • Suitable for ages seven to 17.

Get involved

  • Sessions run 4.00pm – 5.00pm
  • Sessions held during school term
  • No bookings are required and sessions are free. Due to social distancing requirements, attendees will be limited to 25 ninjas at each session.


Due to COVID-19 safety requirements, it is recommended that students bring their own laptops.
