Residents who decline the green waste bin should note that the City will assess whether properties meet green waste requirements and advise if the lime green lid green waste bin will be delivered.

**Please note: The opt out establishment fee of $164.00 is in addition to the new bin establishment fee and the annual refuse charge. This opt out fee is required to be paid prior to the delivery of the bins, this cost covers the first financial year or part of. Every year thereafter, in addition to the annual refuse charge, there will be an additional charge of up to $242.00 for the larger 240L general waste bin which will be included as a separate line item on your annual Rates Notice. For the 2023/24 financial year this fee is $242.00.

Additional Charge Acknowledgement *
