Castaway Concert – 5 December 2020


The City advises that Hillarys Beach Park (Whitford Nodes Health and Wellbeing Hub) is hosting the Castaway concert on Saturday 5 December 2020.

Hillarys Beach Park (Whitford Nodes Health and Wellbeing Hub) will be closed as listed below:

Access to the Health and Wellness Hub will be maintained on Saturday 5 December until 12.00noon, with access available through the southern dune path access.

Entry into the Hillarys Beach Park carpark will closed on Saturday 5 December, except for ACROD pass holders wishing to access the Health and Wellbeing Hub before 12.00noon.

The coastal dual use path to the west of the park will remain open throughout.

Parking and traffic

Modified road conditions and speed limits surrounding Hillarys Beach Park (Whitford Nodes Health and Wellbeing Hub) will be in place. Traffic delays are expected, so road users are encouraged to exercise patience, or select an alternative route.

There is no public parking at the event – attendees are encouraged to use public transport, ride share, or use the event specific shuttle buses. Further information on transport and parking can be found on the event website.

WA Police and City Rangers will be conducting patrols in the areas to assist traffic management personnel with traffic flow and parking where possible. Should you have concerns about parking, please contact City Rangers on 1300 655 860.
