COVID-19 – Frequently asked questions

Joondalup Libraries continue to be guided by advice from the State Government. There are no current COVID restrictions in place at Libraries. You are encouraged to check in using the SafeWA app, ServiceWA app or contact register.

ServiceWA app

While the ServiceWA app is not compulsory, the State Government is encouraging everyone to use it. To help you get started and correctly set up your account please see the following information and guides provided by wa.gov.au. If you have questions concerning the ServiceWA app, Joondalup Libraries recommend you read the FAQ provided by the State Government. If you need further help getting your app connected, call your local library branch for an appointment. Staff can advise you on what opportunities for guidance and troubleshooting are available.
