2020 marked the 150th anniversary of the opening of Perth Town Hall. Constructed as part of a program of public works undertaken by the convict force, the new building became an important part of life in Perth.
In this talk, Richard Offen charts the history of the Hall and discusses what life was like here at the time of its opening.
