Discovery Session – The Endeavour and the Duyfken

The National Maritime Museum in Darling Harbour Sydney now features two famous Ships of Discovery - HM Bark Endeavour and Duyfken - as part of their On-Water display.

Both these world class replicas were built in Fremantle and carved out fascinating stories of their own in Australia and around the world before moving east to their permanent home.

Join Historian and Educator Mike Lefroy and hear how these important icons of our early European history were designed and built in Fremantle and went on to sail the seven seas.
