Documents in alternative formats

If the City has produced a document in a format that is not accessible to you, you can request it in an alternative format. Formats could include:

• Braille
• Word
• Large print
• Alternative languages.

If you would like a document in an alternative format please contact the City. Depending on the format requested,  there may be a wait period to have the document produced.
