Joondalup City Centre – Striking A Balance
Detailed planning in Joondalup has resulted in Joondalup City Centre becoming the most diverse activity centre in metropolitan Perth according to the latest Suburban Office Marketing Report, Striking A Balance – the Perth CBD vs Suburban Perth.
The Report released by independent property information and research firm, Y Research, examines property diversity in suburban Western Australian Activity Centres and the impact of Government office decentralisation.
