Bin – Request an additional bin collection between collection days

If you have too much rubbish, and cannot wait until your next scheduled collection day, an extra bin collection(s) can be arranged.

There is an additional bin collection fee (per bin) of $45.00.

If you frequently have more rubbish than you can fit in one rubbish bin you can order an additional service.

Once this form has been submitted and the payment processed, a request for service will be raised and the bin(s) will be emptied within 2 business days of receipt.

• Please ensure the bin is on your verge once you have submitted the form.
• Extra collections cannot be scheduled for public holidays.
• This online request will be processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm.
