City of Joondalup Libraries subscribe to a wide range of online resources.

Language learning resources

  • Road to IELTS – Academic or General – learn English and pass the IELTS exam
  • Transparent Language Online – learn over 100 different languages, or learn English, with instruction available in 16 different languages.

  • Universal Class – undertake courses for personal interest or professional development.
