The City of Joondalup is seeking to appoint an Artist in Residence to complete a mural at the Whitford Library, subject to funding.

The City would require the selected artist to undertake a residency within the Whitford Library, which will enable them to complete the artwork and facilitate community engagement opportunities. The commissioned artworks will reference the site and surrounding area and sit harmoniously within the nominated sites and be appropriate for community interaction. Selected mural artists will be required to complete the artwork in response to an artist brief and completed within the timeline and allocated budget.
