The City of Joondalup is working with the Council of the Aging to provide Aged Care Navigator sessions.
Aged Care Navigator sessions will provide a one-to-one consultation covering:
- Types of Aged care
- Eligibility
- Assessment
- How to Register
- Types of Services
- Costs
- Other support
