Calisthenics is an artistic dance sport unique to Australia where participants aged from 4 to adult have fun and keep fit by learning: Gymnastics, Simplified Ballet, Dance, Singing, Acting, Marching, Club Swinging and Rod Twisting. Teams perform on stage in several competitions and at an Annual Family Concert.
