Register of gifts and contributions to travel

The Local Government Act 1995 requires the Chief Executive Officer to publish a register of gifts and contributions to travel valued over $200, disclosed by a relevant person.

A relevant person includes:

  • Mayor
  • Councillors
  • Chief Executive Officer
  • Employees with delegated powers and duties under Part 5, Division 4 of the Act
  • Employees who are members of committees comprising elected members and employees
  • Employees who are nominated as a designated employee
