2021 Valentine’s Concert – requesting a refund

If you are unable to attend the Valentine’s Concert on the rescheduled date of 18 March 2021, you can access a full refund, please read the following information carefully.

Please note if you request a refund you will not have tickets for the rescheduled date and will be required to purchase tickets again should you wish to attend the event on the new date and availability of tickets cannot be guaranteed.

Tickets purchased online via Ticketbooth 

If you purchased tickets online via Ticketbooth and would prefer to receive a refund the online application process closed on Wednesday 24 February 2021. If you require a refund please email support@ticketbooth.com.au.

As per Ticketbooth terms and conditions your ticket sales will be refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase.

You will receive an email to confirm your refund has been processed and once actioned refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account – this process is completely automatic and does not require any further action on your behalf. In the event we are unable to refund your card, Ticketbooth will be in contact to make alternative arrangements

Tickets purchased via City of Joondalup Customer Service

If you visited the City’s Customer Service Centre to purchase tickets and would like a refund please send an email to info@joondalup.wa.gov.au with your contact information and details of your ticket purchase. The City will be in contact with you directly to organise a refund.
