A Swearing-in Ceremony and Special Meeting of Council will be held on Wednesday 25 October 2023, in the Council Chamber at the Joondalup Civic Centre, Boas Avenue, Joondalup, to formally swear-in new Councillors, and to elect a Deputy Mayor, and appoint representatives to the Catalina Regional Council, Mindarie Regional Council and WALGA North Metropolitan Zone.
The order of proceedings for the evening are as follows:
