The City has received and is currently assessing a planning application for a change of use from office and shop to educational establishment (tutoring) dwellings at the above address.
The application requires the City to exercise discretion under its Local Planning Scheme No. 3. The discretions requested by the application relate to:
- Overall car parking shortfall of 10 bays.
