The City of Joondalup invites local primary and high school students to enter an art competition to create a design that will represent the City of Joondalup in the annual, state-wide Showcase in Pixels competition.
Prizes will be awarded to the winning artist, their school and the runners-up.
This is an opportunity for students to meet some of the requirements of the Arts Curriculum while learning about local government.
The competition offers the chance to exhibit to the whole school, the local community and wider community.
The winning design is selected to be on display alongside other local government submissions in Yagan Square.
Please note, submissions will be accepted from individuals and community groups for the Showcase in Pixels competition. Only schools can enter the Celebrating Joondalup School Art Competition.
Closing date: Friday 30 May 2025, 5pm.
