We're making kindness count this Christmas, through our Random Act of Christmas Kindness (RACK) cards.
Visit your local library, write a message on one of our You've Been Racked Cards, and drop it into our special library post boxes.
We will distribute the cards to residents of aged care facilities within the City, and to members of the community who attend the annual Joondalup Christmas Lunch.
Post boxes will open soon and close on Friday 19 December.
