Amber Youth Wellness is an outreach service for young people 12-25 years old who are at risk of not accessing services and are experiencing complex psychosocial needs or facing complex life challenges. It is designed to help those looking for support to function better and improve their mental wellness and relationships by providing counselling, youth worker support, and access to a Medical Consultant for additional support.
