CARAD - Centre for Asylum Seekers, Refugees & Detainees

Volunteers provide basic settlement assistance and support to refugees holding Temporary Protection Visas. CARAD is an active campaigner for positive change and social justice in the Australian Government's refugee determination conditions and process. CARAD is recognised as a respected voice for the rights of asylum seekers, refugees and detainees and a provider of essential services, ensuring that all people seeking safety in Australia are able to live with dignity.
