Hamdelan Iranian Community in Western Australia

Hamdelan Iranian Cultural House is a not-for-profit organization based in Western Australia, created for Iranian families and friends seeking community and connection. Hamdelan is dedicated to promoting cultural diversity, unity, and empowerment through dynamic initiatives that celebrate heritage and build meaningful bonds. Driven by a deep passion for nurturing social ties, the organisations aims to foster friendship, cultural exchange, and engaging activities - especially for newcomers who may need support in settling into their new environment. Mozghan Rahmani, the founder and president of Hamdelan Iranian Cultural House (HICH) emphasizes the importance of active participation in preserving cultural identity. As she puts it: "We can only pass our cultural heritage to the next generation by living it and keeping it alive."
