Encompass Legal and Community Services (Mirrabooka Office)

We are a non-profit, multidisciplinary legal centre that provides high quality legal, advocacy, and support services to the community. Our service is provided to people residing in the northern suburbs, with some programs offered state wide. We are a generalist centre - advising on many areas of law, including: -Family law: Parenting, divorce, child protection, property settlement, specialist domestic violence unit support. -Criminal Injuries Compensation -Criminal Law: All state-based, summary offences -Restraining Orders: Violence Restraining Orders ('RO'), Family Violence RO, Misconduct RO, advice for both applicant and respondant -Tenancy: Advice for tenants of residential property -Immigration (limited) -Older People's Rights: legal information, advice and advocacy services to older people who are at risk of abuse. We are an accredited legal training organisation and provide regular community legal education and professional legal education services to the community.
