Make your school and community proud and win – Design a bin sticker competition

Dog Waste campaign image

Dog poo is litter and therefore, leaving it/not picking it up is littering and could result in a fine. It is also a cause of frustration and worry amongst the community who value a clean and safe place. If you own a dog, it is your responsibility to pick up their poo – you should always carry your own bag and/or scooper with you. If you forget your bag, you can always get one from the City’s animal waste dispensers  – there are over 380 placed across the City of Joondalup.

The City is running a competition for children to design a sticker to go on some of the public bins in and around the City.

Theme of design

Remind people to pick up their dog’s waste with their bags.

The competition is open to current Year 3 – Year 6 students.
