Boxing Fitness Term Program

Are you aged 11–18 and interested in building your fitness, confidence and self discipline?

Join City of Joondalup Youth Development and ATI Martial Arts for a four week Boxing Fitness Program designed to support young people to develop strength, resilience and positive wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.

Participants will learn boxing and basic martial arts fundamentals, improve coordination and endurance, and build confidence through structured training, pad work, and fitness activities.

Young people can enrol at any time during the four weeks.

Wednesdays 27 May – 17 June
4-5:15pm (doors open 3:30pm)
Heathridge Community Centre, Sail Terrace, Heathridge
$30 total for all four sessions

Program length: 4 weeks. Registrations are essential and spots are limited.
