City of Joondalup Libraries’ Discovery Outbound program offers a wide range of activities and excursions for adults aged 50 and older that are active, creative, educational and entertaining.

Learn all about the history of wartime at the Army Museum of Western Australia.  Be guided through the exhibitions by one of the many volunteers, or spend time exploring at your own pace before finding somewhere to enjoy refreshments nearby in the beautiful city of Fremantle.  

  • 9.15am: meet at Whitford Library
  • 10.30am: explore the Army Museum of Western Australia.  Buy refreshments from nearby establishments
  • 1.00pm: depart Fremantle and return to Whitford Library 

Ticket price includes return trip by bus from Whitford Library plus entry to the Museum.
